Constantius Gallus as Caesar (15 March 351 - Winter 354CE). Flavius Claudius Gallus was a cousin of Constantius II. In March 351, he was given the rank of Caesar, changed his name to Flavius Claudius Constantius Gallus and was given the governorship of the eastern provinces with his capital in Antioch.
