Plautilla (April 202-212 CE). Publia Fulvia Plautilla was the only wife of the emperor Caracalla, her paternal second cousin, who despised her. She bore a daughter (name unknown to history) in 204. She was banished to Sicily and then to the Lipari Islands after the execution on January 22, 205 of her father, the commander of the Praetorian Guard and Consul Gaius Fulvius Plautianus. She and her daughter were strangled on Caracalla's orders in early 212.
