Germanicus (died 19CE)

Germanicus (died 10 October 19CE). Germanicus Julius Caesar was the elder son of Nero Claudius Drusus and Antonia, brother to Claudius, and father of Caligula. He was known for his military prowess and was popular with both the populace and the leaders of Rome. All Roman coinage in his name was struck by Caligula and Claudius.
