Tranquillina, wife of Gordian III (died after 244CE)
Tranquillina, wife of Gordian III (died after 244CE). Furia Sabinia Tranquillina, daughter of the Praetorian Prefect Timesitheus, married Gordian III in 241 becoming Augusta. Little is known about her, but suggests that she bore Gordian's daughter, Furia, posthumously.
